Hydroponic farm from a customer in Alaska, USA

On a late night in early March this year, we received an inquiry from a customer in Alaska. The customer sent us professional and detailed drawings, and also shared his building ideas and business model with us. The building was for crop cultivation and had strict requirements for insulation.

The next day, when we returned to the office, our team consolidated the project information and calculated the quotation for the customer. We also attached the 3D drawings of the structure, which would enable the customer to clearly understand the positions of the columns and beams.

The client conducted several days of meticulous and careful review work, and finally shared his ideas with us. Since the roof and walls were insulated with composite panels, more containers would be used. Considering the transportation cost, the client wanted to adopt a double-layer metal plate with sprayed insulation in the middle, and informed us of the desired spraying thickness. After knowing this, I communicated with the engineer to confirm, and finally, according to the client's ideas, after careful calculation, we provided a detailed quotation for the client, reducing the number of containers from 11 to 4.

When the client was reviewing the quotation, I shared with them our own laboratory and every step of the project production. We would arrange professional technical inspection personnel to conduct multiple inspections to ensure the quality, and we would also provide detailed test reports to the client.

We also shared the same feedback from a client from the United States (our building fence blocked the impact of the aircraft)

After that, we carried out the confirmation of the roof and wall colors, as well as the design preview of the building, etc.

After confirming everything, the client informed us of his project budget and concerns regarding tariffs. After understanding the client's issues, we held urgent meetings with the finance department and the document department. Leveraging our extensive experience in U.S. exports, we found the safest and most efficient solution for the client. After the client agreed to the solution, we informed him that he needed several days to complete the bank transfer operation and asked for the construction calculation and design drawings. Currently, the client has received the necessary documents for the construction, and we are also following up on the final payment process.
