Z-Type Folding Container House—a flat-pack unit that unfolds in minutes to create a fully-finished, insulated living or office space. One 40'HQ can load six units.

What You Get

One-Step Fold: pull the roof and floor, the Z-shaped side walls expand automatically; only six bolts lock the module rigid.  

All-Weather Shell: color-steel outer skin, rock-wool insulation and PE film vapor barrier keep interiors cool in summer and warm in winter.  

Ready-to-Use Finish: calcium-silicate floor, welded seam floor-leather, suspended ceiling, skirting and corner lines are pre-installed; simply unfold, connect utilities and move in.  

Premium Openings: galvanized steel entry door with fire lock, twin plastic-steel windows (3 mm hollow glass, built-in screen and anti-theft bar) and PVC down-pipes complete the package.  

Built-In Electrics: eight-way distribution box, LED strip lights, sockets and pre-wired copper cables; industrial socket on top frame for fast site hook-up.

Site Tips

- Place on level ground or steel beam base; allow 500 mm clearance for roof drainage.  

- Fork pockets and lifting eyes are hidden inside—remove the cover plate before handling.  

- After unfolding, seal roof joints with the supplied butyl tape for extra rain protection.
