How to install after ordering?
When we ship, will label each component with a number to correspond with the installation drawing, follow the drawings we provide to do construction is okay. You will have your exclusive project consultant after order, with the assistance of engineer team, we will continue following up until you finish installation without any question.
How to check the progress of sea freight?
During production, we will send pictures of goods once 2 week, keep you updated about production state. Will ship after 40-45 days also keep you updated about goods location once 2 week.
Do you support returns and exchanges?
As each building is custom-made, once the contract is signed, returns and refunds are not supported. If you receive goods with bad quality, we support return and replacement.
